Please make sure that your tablet model supports Color Xplore app. If the tablet model is in the support list, please press the upper button on Color Xplore and the the Bluetooth symbol on the app at the same time for about 5 to 10 seconds to process the Bluetooth pairing procedure. Keep pressing both of them until the pairing procedure is completed.
Color Xplore apps support iPad 3, iPad mini, iPad Air or newer tablets with iOS 7 and later software.
It supports tablets with Android 4.3 and later, which are equipped with Bluetooth 4.0 specification.
Color Xplore currently has only one kind of stylus head. Do not replace or remove it by yourself, to prevent children from potentially ingesting it. If you have need to replace or repair the stylus head, please contact Color Xplore customer support directly.
Color Xplore can work for 2 consecutive months, if used to absorb 50 times a day. Standing by, the battery can last up to 6 months.
Color Xplore has obtained United States CPSIA, European EN71 and other certifications for children safety. It also has product liability insurance of Zurich for $1 million US dollars. This product is absolutely safe and secure.
Color Xplore can identify more than 65,000 colors. Besides wind, liquids, electricity, fire, glass and reflective materials, Color Xplore can be used on all other materials.
When using Color Xplore, please stay away from any source of fire, electricity, liquids such as water, juice, or milk, gas stoves, microwave ovens, and toasters, etc.
Color Xplore App is currently available with 4 apps: Coloring Book, Mozbii Fruit, Mozbii ABC, and Mozbii Band. Other apps are in development.
Color Xplore uses a safe, high-temperature resistant, lithium polymer battery, recharging through a special magnetic connector. You can charge it directly by plugging the USB connector to a computer or a USB charger.
Color Xplore itself has a built-in light; it would not be limited by environmental light. It is also possible to use in the dark.
It carries a one-year warranty for non-human factor failure. For the Taiwan area, it begins with the invoice date; for overseas buyers, please provide the serial number marked on your product or warranty cards to find out.
